Platform Terms & Conditions (Core Version)

  1. Platform Nature

    RASTIMES operates as a market access and referral platform.

    RASTIMES is not:

    • An employer
    • A traditional distributor
    • A retail shop
    • A financial intermediary

    All participation on the platform is based on independent cooperation.

  2. Market Referrer Status

    Market Referrers are independent partners, not employees.

    RASTIMES does not provide:

    • Salary
    • Fixed income
    • Employment benefits

    Referrers earn commission only from successfully completed orders confirmed by the system.

  3. Referrer Scope & Restrictions

    Market Referrers may:

    • Introduce buyers to the platform
    • Share their personal referral link

    Market Referrers must NOT:

    • Quote or negotiate prices
    • Collect or handle payments
    • Promise delivery timelines
    • Represent themselves as dealers, agents, or staff
    • Issue invoices or receipts

    Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  4. Pricing, Payment & Orders
    • All product pricing is issued exclusively by RASTIMES official sales
    • All payments must be made to RASTIMES-approved accounts
    • Orders outside the system are not recognized
    • RASTIMES is not responsible for any off-platform transactions

    If it is not recorded in the system, it is not protected.

  5. Customer Registration & Protection
    • Customer ownership is determined by first valid system registration
    • Each customer is linked to one referrer only
    • Duplicate or fraudulent registrations are prohibited

    RASTIMES reserves the right to reassign or cancel customer protection in cases of abuse.

  6. Commission Policy

    Commission is calculated automatically by the system.

    Commission is payable only after:

    • Order completion
    • Payment confirmation
    • No unresolved after-sales issues

    RASTIMES reserves the right to delay, adjust, or withhold commission in cases of:

    • Fraud
    • Policy violation
    • Customer dispute
    • Abnormal transaction behavior
  7. Prohibited Activities

    The following actions are strictly prohibited:

    • Price dumping or price manipulation
    • Misrepresentation of RASTIMES or its partners
    • Unauthorized use of factory names or documents
    • Customer hijacking or referral link abuse
    • Any activity that harms channel stability

    Violations may result in:

    • Commission cancellation
    • Account suspension
    • Permanent account termination

    Without prior notice.

  8. Account Suspension & Termination
    • Suspend any account under investigation
    • Terminate accounts that violate platform rules
    • Take necessary action to protect platform integrity

    Decisions made by RASTIMES are final.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    RASTIMES shall not be liable for:

    • Income expectations
    • Business losses
    • Third-party disputes
    • Referrer-client private agreements

    Use of the platform is at your own risk.

  10. Amendments

    RASTIMES reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

  11. Governing Principle

    RASTIMES prioritizes:

    • System integrity
    • Channel protection
    • Long-term cooperation

    Short-term gains achieved through rule violations will not be tolerated.
